I've just finished the shopping so will fire up the steamer, then get on with ballast stripping on the end to end whilst the suns out...Is the start of the much hoped for summer.....

Not too bad, just under four hours to strip all of the remaining ballast and eat a bacon and egg sarnie I think leaving the ballast for another winter certainly sped the removal up, I need to consider which approach to take next and use the intervening time to fettle the current alignment and levels. Looks strange...
