Rolleston Scout Headquarters, Station Road, Rolleston on Dove, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 9AB
From 10.30am for both visitors and EMGS members until 4.30pm.

This event is aimed at modellers of all abilities, Browse, trade and enjoy the 4mm Modellers Day demonstrations and layouts.

For EMGS members only the formal business of the Annual General Meeting will commence at 2.00pm sharp and will take place in a reserved area of the hall. This meeting will be private for EMGS members only.

Here are the winning entries in the competitions at last weekend's AGM/Members' Day.

The Silver Jubilee Trophy, awarded for the best item of scratch or kitbuilt motive power (Group 1)

Peter Rigby's D49/2 No.62727 'The Quorn', built to EM gauge from a PDK kit (loco) and a Mike Edge GC 4000 gallon tender kit, by Karl Crowther. Photographed on Karl's Kentside branch, DCC sound fitted, it normally runs on Leeds City North hauling trains bound for Harrogate on the former NER Leeds Northern line.

The Company Trophy, awarded for the best converted or modified proprietary item of motive power (Group 2)

Was awarded to Karl Crowther for his DCC sound fitted model of No.45231, converted to EM from a Hornby model and detailed using the Brassmasters detailing kit for service on the Kentside branch.

The Pick-up Trophy, awarded for the best scratchbuilt, kitbuilt or modified proprietary rolling stock (Group 3)

The Anniversary Trophy, awarded to the builder of the best item of trackwork, buildings, or line-side structures (Group 4).
